Westbourne Lane is a Sydney-based chef-made meal delivery service led by chef Gavin Carfax-Foster, creating premium chef-prepared meals designed for real life — weeknights, entertaining, gifting, and everything in between.

Our dishes are cooked in small batches, portioned for convenience, then frozen soon after cooking to lock in flavour and quality — so you can keep your freezer stocked with ready made meals you’ll genuinely look forward to.

Meet Gavin

Gavin Carfax-Foster and family started Westbourne Lane as a pop-up, serving gourmet ready made meals during the 2020 lockdowns. Since then, Westbourne Lane has grown into a dedicated home delivery meals business for Sydney and selected nearby regional locations.

With over 25 years in hospitality, Gavin has worked across some of Sydney’s most awarded kitchens — including est., where he worked closely with Executive Chef Peter Doyle — bringing that same attention to detail into chef-made meals you can heat and serve at home.
