How our delivery works
Westbourne Lane delivers frozen meals in insulated packaging, designed to arrive in excellent condition and be stored in your freezer until you’re ready to enjoy them.

Delivery reassurance & packaging
Eco-friendly insulated packaging
Meals are delivered frozen in insulated packaging designed to keep your order at a safe temperature during delivery. We use minimal, recyclable materials wherever possible.
Delivery notifications
You’ll receive an SMS notification on the day of delivery so you know when your order is on its way.
Safe to leave
Our packaging is designed so meals can be safely left at your door if you’re not home. Orders can sit happily for a few hours (even on a hot day) and should be transferred to the freezer as soon as possible.

A few helpful things to know
- Delivery dates are limited to scheduled runs and may book out during busy periods
- Regional deliveries run on selected days only
- If your postcode is outside our delivery area, checkout will not be available
