Description: this is a popular keto/ no carbohydrate side dish, that is a great replacement for rice, pasta, potatoes. It is made with finely diced cauliflower and broccoli, and it is then sautéed in a little garlic and herbs.
(*please note “rice” is the name given to this dish, as the diced vegetables resembles rice. it does not actually contain rice in it!)
