Description: This decadent fish pie is a classic recipe of Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon, cooked with leeks in a white cream veloute sauce with peas, carrots and herbs. This is then topped with a whipped mash potato and bread crumbs, to give it that golden crust!

Ingredients: Tasmanian Atlantic salmon, leek, pea, carrot, potato, thyme, bay leaf, parsley, garlic, butter, flour, cream, milk, salt, vegetable oil

Contains: wheat, gluten, milk, dairy, fish 

Heating Instructions: Defrost overnight in the fridge, and cook at 200c for 20-25 minutes, until golden on top & piping hot in the middle. To cook from frozen, place in the oven at 200c uncovered, for 30-40 minutes.
