Slow Cooked Lamb, Mirepoix, White beans, Parsley (serves 2-3)


Serves 2-3. Frozen. No added Gluten 

Description: A classic dish of slow cooked lamb shoulder (no bones) cooked “cassoulet style” with cannellini beans  in a light jus made with a mirepoix of onion, carrot, celery, leek, garlic, herbs, red wine, lamb stock, and finished with rosemary and parsley. An elegant and refined dish suitable for all occasions from easy weeknights to entertaining. Serve with mash or potato gratin

Heating instructions: Heat by placing sealed pouch in pot of simmering water for 20 minutes. If frozen cook for an additional 15-20 minutes in the simmering water. If the seal appears loose or broken, remove contents and heat in oven or pot. *Do not microwave sealed bag
