Tuscan Bean Soup, Chorizo & Kale (serves 2)

Description: my version of a classic wintery soup made with Rodriguez chorizo, loads of fresh vegetables, borlotti and cannellini beans, tomato, fresh chicken stock, herbs & kale.

Serve with: gremolata, grated parmesan, salsa verde, toasted sourdough or crusty bread

Ingredients: onion, carrot, celery, leek, zucchini, borlotti  beans, cannellini beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, kale, chicken stock, chorizo (pork, salt, spices, skim milk powder, dextrose (maize or tapioca), mineral salts (450, 451), antioxidant (316), dehydrated vegetable powder, preservative (250) garlic, rosemary, thyme., salt, pepper, olive oil

Contains: may contain soy

Heating instructions: reheat sealed pouch in a pot of simmering water for 15-20 minutes, or a little longer if frozen. Otherwise remove contents and heat on the stove in a pot or microwave. *Do not microwave sealed pouch
