Westbourne Lane Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At Westbourne Lane, we strive to provide high-quality food products and exceptional service. If you are not satisfied with your meals, if they arrive damaged or defective, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days. Once processed you will receive an email notification of your refund; please allow several days for this to process back to your credit card/ bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing delay.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are deemed to be defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges of food items.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Returns

If you believe you have received the wrong product, or is defective, please notify us at info@westbournelane.com.au

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount. Delivery and shipping fees are also non-refundable.
