Ordering from Westbourne Lane is easy, but if you’re having trouble, follow these simple steps:
🛒 How to Place Your Order
1️⃣ Select Your Meals – Add your favourite dishes to your cart and click the checkout button in the top right corner of the page.
2️⃣ Enter Your Details – Fill in your name, address, email, and phone number.
3️⃣ Choose Delivery or Pickup – Once all details are entered, the Delivery or Pickup options will appear:
On a computer: These options will show on the right-hand side of the checkout page.
On a mobile device: They will be listed under “Your Order” at checkout.
📢 Important: Our system defaults to delivery, so if you prefer pickup, make sure to select that option before completing your order.
❗ Trouble seeing your delivery or pickup days?
If you can’t see available delivery or pickup days, please check the following:
Make sure both your billing and shipping addresses are filled out.
If your delivery address is the same as your billing address, you can uncheck the ‘Ship to a different address?’ box – this will automatically use your billing address and help the system show the available dates.
