🚚 Delivery Options

  • Next-Day Sydney-Wide Delivery (Weekdays) – Place your order, and we’ll deliver your frozen meals straight to your door.
  • Free Laneway Pickup in Stanmore – Collect your order from 41 Westbourne Lane, Stanmore (between Charles & Cannon Streets, near the back of the church) on Saturdays from 9:00 – 9:30 AM.

Delivery fees: $16.50 – $22 (calculated at checkout based on your address)

2️⃣ Enter Your Details – Fill in your name, address, email, and phone number.
3️⃣ Choose Delivery or Pickup – Once all details are entered, the Delivery or Pickup options will appear:

On a computer: These options will show on the right-hand side of the checkout page.

On a mobile device: They will be listed under “Your Order” at checkout.

📢 Important: Our system defaults to delivery, so if you prefer pickup, make sure to select that option before completing your order.


❗ Trouble seeing your delivery or pickup days?

If you can’t see available delivery or pickup days, please check the following:

Make sure both your billing and shipping addresses are filled out.

If your delivery address is the same as your billing address, you can uncheck the ‘Ship to a different address?’ box – this will automatically use your billing address and help the system show the available dates.

How Your Frozen Meals Are Delivered

  • Orders are packed in a thermal insulated box with a Woolpack liner or silver foil insulation to maintain temperature.
  • Each box includes an ice pack or frozen water bottle to keep meals frozen during transport.
  • Meals come with clear heating instructions, so you can choose to defrost them overnight in the fridge or cook them straight from frozen with a little extra time.

Sustainable & Recyclable Packaging

  • Woolpack insulation is made from 100% biodegradable and compostable sheep’s wool, reducing landfill waste.
  • Foil trays are reusable and recyclable—simply rinse and place in your yellow recycling bin.
  • Plastic containers used for some meals are also recyclable.
  • Returnable packaging: We happily collect Woolpack insulation and frozen water bottles for reuse. Simply flatten the carton and leave it out with these items on your next delivery, and we’ll take back what we can.

Delivery Information: What to Expect

Delivery Notifications & Timing

  • On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS or email with a 2-hour delivery window.
  • Standard delivery times are between 8 AM – 6 PM, but during peak periods, deliveries may arrive as late as 8 PM.
  • If there are any changes to your estimated delivery time, you will be notified via SMS.

No Need to Be Home

  • Your order is delivered in an insulated thermal box with an ice pack or frozen water bottle, keeping it safe for several hours, even on hot days.
  • We provide an “Authority to Leave” by default, so your delivery will be placed in a safe spot if you’re not home.

Delivery Process & Considerations

  • Our drivers will always knock on the door or ring the doorbell when possible.
  • While we do our best to follow any special requests, we cannot guarantee preferred delivery times, specific placement instructions, or personal calls upon arrival—especially when using third-party logistics.
  • Rest assured, we’ll always aim to deliver your order safely and securely.
