Use it for anything going on the BBQ, or as a finishing salt (sprinkle over at the end) I would suggest using it on any BBQ meats, chicken, or great on roast pumpkin, sweet potato, or just put a sprinkle in salad dressin. Made with Australian sea salt flakes, freshly dried herbs, spices and pepper, this is sure to lift any dish, and is just a great all rounder seasoning to have in the the cupboard! It comes coarsely ground with flaky salt.
