Lemongrass & Tamarind Beef (serves 2-3)


Serves 2 -3. Frozen. No added Gluten

Description: This delicious, spicy and fragrant red Thai style curry is made with grass fed beef,  a fresh curry paste made with lemongrass, ginger, galangal, garlic, shallot, shrimp paste and coriander, and then this is cooked in a coconut and palm sugar sauce finished sauce with fish sauce,  lime juice, kaffir lime leaves, tamarind & sweet potato. Add a side of our rice to make a full meal, and serve with vegetables or salad

Ingredients: beef, lemongrass, tamarind, shallot, chilli, ginger, galangal, garlic, coriander, shrimp paste, coconut, sweet potato, gluten free soy, palm sugar, salt, fish sauce, vegetable oil

Heating instructions: place defrosted sealed pouch in a pot of simmering water for 15-20 minutes, If frozen place in pot for 30-35 minutes on low simmer. If the seal appears loose or broken, remove contents and heat in oven or pot. *Do not microwave sealed pouch.
