Description: This classic soup is so simply made, as I would make it for my family, and has all the goodness from fresh chicken stock, garlic, ginger and honey. Firstly we roast the pumpkin with garlic and rosemary until caramelised, and then cook it with onion, ginger, chicken stock and a touch of cream. At the end we add a dash of local honey. Serve: with crusty bread, chopped chives and cracked black pepper.

Ingredients: pumpkin, onion, garlic, chicken stock, cream, ginger, honey, rosemary, salt, canola oil, olive oil.

Contains: honey, cream (dairy)

Heating Instructions: heat by placing defrosted sealed pouch in a pot of simmering water for 15-20 minutes, carefully snip the top open and serve. If frozen, heat for an additional 15-20 minutes on low simmer. *If seal appears loose or broken, remove contents and heat in microwave oven or pot. *Do not microwave sealed pouch.

Alternatively defrost product, and remove product contents into a microwave safe bowl or container, and microwave until piping hot.
