Roast Pumpkin Soup, Ginger & Honey (serves 2)

Description: This classic soup is so simply made, as I would make it for my family, and has all the goodness from fresh chicken stock, garlic, ginger and honey. Firstly we roast the pumpkin with garlic and rosemary until caramelised, and then cook it with onion, ginger, chicken stock and a touch of cream. At the end we add a dash of local honey.

Ingredients: pumpkin, onion, garlic, chicken stock, cream, ginger, honey, rosemary, salt, canola oil, olive oil.

Contains: honey, cream (dairy)

Heating instructions: heat the unsealed pouch for 15-20 minutes in a pot of simmering water, or pour soup into a pot and heat on the stove or microwave (*Do not microwave sealed bag) If frozen, defrost first. Serve: with crusty bread, chopped chives and cracked black pepper.
