Description: a classic dish of slow cooked beef brisket with red wine and herbs, is served with classic roast vegetables of potato, sweet potato and pumpkin, peas and a red wine jus

Heating Instructions: if frozen defrost, then partially remove plastic film, and microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Ingredients: beef, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, peas, red wine, tomato paste, corn flour, herbs, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, vegetable oil
