To serve: heat defrosted sealed pouch in a pot of simmering water for 15-20 minutes, or remove contents and heat in pot. If frozen, defrost overnight in the fridge, or heat in the pouch in a pot of simmering water for around 30-40 minutes (*Do not microwave sealed pouch.)

Serve: with your favourite type of pasta & parmesan, rice, potatoes, quinoa. polenta
