7 Vegetable Pasta Sauce (serves 2-3)


Serves 2-3 Frozen. No added Gluten

Description: this versatile sauce is made with seven roasted vegetables, all cooked in an Italian style tomato sauce. Firstly we roast the pumpkin, zucchini, leek, capsicum, celery, carrots and onions, then roast them in a pan with fresh garlic, rosemary, oregano and tomatoes, and then blend this all up to hide all the veggies, and make a perfect pasta sauce that will please everyone! It’s super tasty (and healthy) Great with some prawns and pasta in a pan, or just as a vego pasta for the kids… give it a go!

To serve: if fresh heat sealed pouch in a pot of simmering water for 15-20 minutes or remove content and heat in pot. If frozen, defrost overnight in the fridge, or heat in the pouch in a pot of simmering water for around 30-40 minutes (*Do not microwave sealed pouch.)

Serve sauce with your favourite type of pasta & parmesan, rice, potatoes, quinoa. polenta
