Description: our famous butter chicken is firstly marinated in a tandoori style marinade with yoghurt and spices overnight, then chargrilled to give it that tandoor bbq flavour. It is then cooked in a sauce made with garam masala spices, tomato, cream, cashews, butter and then finished with a touch of honey & fenugreek.
This is then served with kale brown rice which is made with kale sauteed in garlic, and brown rice.
Makes a great lunch or dinner for one!

Heating Instruction: defrost and partially remove the plastic film on the top. Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
