Yellow Chicken Curry, Serves 2-3



Serves 2-3. Frozen 

Description: A mild Thai coconut & turmeric sauce, made with a fresh curry paste, coconut milk, and slices of chargrilled chicken. This dish has heaps of sauce, so is designed that you add your own vegetables, potatoes or tofu to it, and it will serve up to 4.

Ingredients: chicken thigh, coconut cream, coconut milk, curry paste (onion, dried red chilli, garlic, coriander, ginger galangal, turmeric, shrimp paste, lemongrass, coriander seed, cumin seed), palm sugar, fish sauce.

Contains: fish, shrimp

Heating instructions: Heat by placing sealed defrosted pouch in pot of simmering water for 15-20 minutes. If frozen cook for an additional 15-20 minutes in the simmering water. If the seal appears loose or broken, remove contents and heat in oven or pot. *Do not microwave sealed bag
