Beef Penne Bake, Three Cheese Bechamel – SMALL (serves 3-4)


Serves 3-4. Frozen 

Description: this classic dish is our answer to a lasagne, and has been on the menu since we first started, and we haven’t been able to take it off! It is a truly decadent crowd pleaser,  and serves 2-3 adults with leftovers, or 2 adults and 2 kids with the addition of a side salad or vegetables.

It is made with a rich red wine and fresh herb bolognese sauce tossed with penne pasta, and then this is topped with a decadent bechamel sauce made with three cheeses- provolone, Grana Padano parmesan and mozzarella cheese. This makes a great family dinner, for all ages, and even for casual entertaining. Great choice for a group of kids too!

Heating instructions: Cook from frozen and place in oven at 180-200c for 50-70 minutes, until golden on top and hot in the middle. If defrosted cook for 35-50 minutes at 200c.
