Super Green Ricotta Bake- LARGE (serves 4-6)

Description: this dish is a must to try, and has a massive following of dedicated customers, and one of our most popular dishes. It is very family friendly dish and will please even the most fussiest of eaters, (a great way to conceal greens for kids) right through to the more refined palate.

This pasta bake is made with Orecchiette pasta mixed with a mix of super greens (kale, silverbeet and spinach) fresh Paesanella ricotta & mozzarella cheese, fresh herbs, and a cream sauce, and then it is layered with napolitana sauce on the bottom, and a velvety Grana Padano parmesan béchamel on top.

Ingredients: kale, silverbeet, spinach, ricotta, parmesan, provolone, milk, cream, butter, flour, onion, tomato, pasta, garlic, rosemary, oregano, thyme, vegetable oil, salt, pepper

Allergens: wheat, dairy

Heating Instructions: Cook from frozen by removing packaging and placing uncovered tray in the oven at 180-200c for 50-70 minutes depending on oven strength, or cook from defrosted for 40-50 minutes till golden on top and hot in the middle.
