Ingredients: salmon, leek, pea, carrot, potato, tarragon, thyme, parsley, garlic, butter, flour, cream, milk, salt, vegetable oil

Heating Instructions: Defrost overnight in the fridge, and cook at 200c for 40-45 minutes, until golden on top & piping hot in the middle. To cook from frozen, place in the oven at 200c uncovered, for 50-70 minutes.
