Sri Lankan Fish Curry, Sweet Potato, Curry Leaf (serves 2-3)

Description: this fragrant and delicious Sri Lankan Fish curry is made with fresh NZ Ling fillet, sweet potato and curry leaves, cooked in a mild and aromatic turmeric and coconut curry sauce. Add a side of our rice to make a full meal, and serve with vegetables or salad

Heating Instructions: If frozen, best to defrost overnight in the fridge. Then place the sealed pouch in pot of low simmering water for 15-20 minutes. If the seal appears loose or broken, remove contents and heat in a pot. Do not microwave sealed pouch.
