Description: Using the best Angus beef available, our Beef Cheeks are slow cooked Beef “Bourguignon” style in red wine, herbs, mirepoix of vegetables and beef stock, until they they are meltingly falling apart. Great served with our creamy mash potatoes and a glass of red wine!

Ingredients: beef, onion, carrot, celery, red wine, thyme, rosemary, garlic, tomato paste, stock, salt, vegetable oil
