Green Curry SAUCE (serves 4)



Serves 4. Frozen 

Description: a zesty, fragrant and spicy (mild to medium) authentic Thai green curry sauce, made with lemongrass, kaffir lime & coriander.

Just heat the sauce in the pouch and serve with, or pour over seafood, slow cooked meats, chicken, tofu or vegetables!

Ingredients: coconut cream, coconut milk, curry paste (onion, eschalot, garlic, green chilli, coriander, lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, shrimp paste, kaffir lime, coriander seed, white pepper, cardamon), vegetable oil, palm sugar, fish sauce.

Contains: fish, shrimp

Heating instructions: place sealed defrosted pouch in a pot of simmering water for 15-20 minutes. If frozen cook for an additional 10-15 minutes in the simmering water. If the seal appears loose or broken, remove contents and heat in a pot or the microwave. *Do not microwave sealed pouch
