Description: An elegant and delicate vegetarian curry made with roast sweet potato and cauliflower (cooked in spices, fennel and cumin) paneer, which is an Indian ricotta style cheese, chickpeas and kale. This is then all cooked in a cashew cream sauce, which is the same sauce used for our Butter Chicken. Add a side of our rice to make a full meal, and serve with vegetables or salad
Heating instructions: Heat by placing sealed pouch in pot of simmering water for 20 minutes. If frozen, add to simmering water for an additional 15-20 minutes. If the seal appears loose or broken, remove contents and heat in oven or pot. *Do not microwave sealed pouch
